    things like vacancy decontrol and the vacancy bonus were crazy loopholes that don't make any sense except as handouts to capital. when you think about it, aren't premiums and deductibles basically the same thing? so why not just get rid of 'em

    Our Bushwick Assemblymember does not care about housing for the people nor his constituents. He didn’t supported bills last year and now is avoiding supporting Good Cause Eviction, bought by thousands of $$ from real estate money. He has to go.

    Today I confronted for his lack of support for Bushwick tenants. He REFUSED to give a clear answer on why he hasn’t signed on to “good cause” eviction bill. Dilan, you either stand w/ Brooklyn tenants or you don’t. Which one is it?
