  15. I just knew he was a dangerous guy & google confirmed it. If he was working-class or a PoC, he‘d be locked up w/ the others caught up in his felony. When we fail to examine our vs. , our sense of reality is distorted, making us a danger to self & others.

    I was 15 stone she was 8 stone. At first view I was always going to be viewed as the abuser. People need to understand .

    Really interesting training today - phrases such as "I'm not a racist" or "I'm not sexist" are examples of a fixed mindset. Recognising your bias and accepting them, willing to learn = growth mindset.
