    Definitely feeling the benefit of the ramp up of running. During the lunchtime run today I was able to up the pace and maintain tempo and it felt comfortable. I could have continued at that pace for longer.

    Willing on some tropical vibes on todays run... It wasn't exactly the Caribbean in Crowthorne but the sun did make a little appearance. I'll take that to go with a lovely 7K effort 🙏🏻☀️

    Happy I moved yesterday’s run to today when I saw the weather was going to be good. Not that I had many 5 mile plus runs, and I am still slow, but missed my second fastest 5 mile by 16 seconds. Maybe things are coming back a bit more than I thought. 🤔
