Just found out I do not qualify for the
#Immunotherapy trial I had a blood test for at@sloan_kettering The upside is I do not have to worry about possible side effects of the drugs interfering with my#triathlontraining
Off to bike. -
Definitely feeling the benefit of the ramp up of running. During the lunchtime run today I was able to up the pace and maintain tempo and it felt comfortable. I could have continued at that pace for longer.

Happy I moved yesterday’s
#triathlontraining run to today when I saw the weather was going to be good. Not that I had many 5 mile plus runs, and I am still slow, but missed my second fastest 5 mile by 16 seconds. Maybe things are coming back a bit more than I thought.
