    The Sillosuchus holotype is rather large by itself, and a massive isolated cervical just pushes things further for the shuvosaurid. Unfortunately, its description isn't as impressive... (accidentally deleted earlier)

  11. My single favourite specimen in the world - the type specimen of Cymbospondylus buchseri (PIMUZ T 4351), a Middle from , housed at the , - I love how the brown bones contrast against the dolomitic matrix!

    For , here's the skull of a sanjuanensis - a from Argentina. These herbivorous archosauromorph were very diverse & abundant during the Middle . They have also been found across Africa, Brazil, Canada, India, and the UK.
