    Actually the could be seen as a right to serve. But it is illegal to desceimared based on class. And if the argument was really about cost it would just be that the pentagon won’t pay for gender confirmation surgery. But instead it’s a full based on bigotry.

    Well his and are violations of the 8th amendment and 14th amendment. He also violates the emoluments clause. Just off the top of my head. If you like, you can spend a few hours googling and find literally hundreds of examples of constitutional violations.
