    Looking forward to tomorrow :) I’m helping out with the event at my work, we are doing a coffee morning, quizzes and cakes and a room where people can go and eat their lunch, do some colouring and make new friends :) whilst collecting money for Mind as well :)

    What if all of the money and energy that went into telling people to talk about mental health went instead into making sure the right responses were there when people do? Why don’t we aim for real hope, with access to help whenever and wherever people need it?

    I've noticed that last few months I've got sick more frequently. Is it my asthma, is it the cold weather, is it because I've actually been a little down inside but havent spoken up. It's tmrw. I'll be talking openly, I encourage you to do the same💟

    Tomorrow is Time to Talk Day. A day to promote the importance of people being able to discuss their mental health & ask for help if they need it. For anyone who knows me, I WILL LISTEN. We are all human and sometimes need people to listen, help and support.
