    Please just spare the time to talk today (we should do it every day) whether in the mess room, office, back of the pump, in the gym or anywhere that suits. You could make a massive difference to someones day.

    Anxiety is a cruel mistress, looking back I can see a number of people I've known in life who've put a brave face on their anxiety and have become completely misunderstood as a result. Feeling able to talk is crucial.

    It's no exaggeration to say that my counsellor helped me to turn my life around. I'm eternally grateful both to her and that I was able to afford to see her. Everyone should be able to get access to the mental health help they need.
