  2. Look at my results since switching to a diet in November. Down from 228 to 183. Proof that you don’t need medication or even exercise. Just go . I was addicted to meat and dairy. I’ve lost 17lbs and have no food cravings.

    I had a 7am dr appt today with a new allergist and they were asking me about my exercise so I mentioned how I’m an adult competitive gymnast and she looks up at me and goes “have you seen ” -and at that moment I knew I picked the right doctor.
