    Learning HOW to learn is as much a crucial element of effective learning as it is a consequence of it. Thus as teachers spending time making sense of HOW our students learn is time well spent & as important as knowing WHAT they've learnt previously

  11. I have seen people talking about keeping work and personal life separate. Whilst I 100% encourage professionalism at work, I can honestly say that some of my colleagues are some of my closest friends and people I trust most.
