Earth Fare is a great example of Monopolistic Competition. As one of few grocery chains in the South to focus on very high quality food, they succeeded for decades. But, market advantages eroded due to Whole Foods and traditional stores increasing organic options.

Teaching my students to not use tautological phrasing in their writing, except for that phrase I love seeing at the end of intro sections/outlines of econ papers: "Finally, we conclude." It's too good a phrase to not use, but death to all other tautological phrasing!
