  15. Curious find in that moss sample from a cemetary in Kitchener, Ontario..the Tardigrades in there seem to have spikey scales on their backs! Anyone know what species this might be? Until we know, I'm calling them "Stego-grades". ;)

  18. There is no doubt about it. are my favorite animals! This one is from the genus Ramazzottius and it’s stomach is filled with digested green algae. When digestion is done the long poop will be expelled in a single smooth and quick motion taking only a second or two.
