    Newborn cannot regulate body temperatures. It is a cool 69 degrees F (~21 degrees C) in . Zorro (about a week old now) had fed & pooped, but seemed uncomfortable. A hot water bottle under his blanket did the trick. He’s fast asleep now :) 🤞🏽

    Zorro. Born deaf, eyes closed shut, he navigates by smell for now Amazing how a baby animal can turn life inside out, upside down in a lovely way. Checking up on this little chintu every 2 min -- is he warm enough? is he awake? Is he suffocating? is he breathing?
