    1 year ago I decided to get a grip on my weight, and started eating differently, no exercise. Reached my goal in September at a loss of 65 lbs. I have been able to maintain that loss & sit here 67 lbs less than last yr. NEVER GIVE UP ON Y GOALS~! 👊👍

    I have been making a conscious effort to get up earlier and do my hair/makeup and really plan my outfits & I can say it’s 100% helped my confidence.

    Never underestimate the harm our academic sedentary lives may cause. It is so hard but we need to prioritize not only mental but also physical health. Go for walks, work out, stretch whenever you can.

    Sometimes you have to give up on people, not because you don’t care but because they don’t, all you can do is giving the best, if your best isn’t enough, don’t waste your time with someone who doesn’t appreciate all your efforts.
