    The only physical exercise that my mind allows my body to enjoy is . I love waters and chilling out in swimming pool sometimes chilling cold 🍻🍺 Aww. that feeling is pure bliss😍

    With a pre-practive review & adherence to COVID protocols, it was AMAZING to be back on deck coaching my masters swimmers after a 15 month break thanks to covid (not!). How I missed my swimmers & swimming friends. Hope 2B back on deck with my high school swimmers soon.

    When it's 45°F (7°C) and you have outdoor 🏊‍♀️ practice at 5:15 am. Oh and the pool is barely heated. It gets worse... Coming out all wet and dressing on deck. Yup. 🥶 Still love it😉

    Fantastic way to start the weekend with a mile of open water swimming. Tropical water temperature results in the wetsuit being retired until the winter.
