    I added more weight and hit doubles. I went from 275, 295, and then 315. After doingn275; I thought I would give it a pause, and it wasn't bad, so I did it with 315.

    I haven’t done squats w/weight in a minute. So I put some weight on the bar & threw them into my workout. I have some work to do to build back up, but at least I didn’t get stuck in the bottom.

    When building up to your working weight - technique consistency is important. Aim to make all reps, even with just the bar, look the same and treat all weights with respect. Train Smart. Train Hard.
