    Want to know the best ? In short-there isn’t 1!! Work as many ways as possible. Like progress from basic - hip slide-arm driver=great tools work the glutes=results!😊

    Low bar, wide, high box 160kg x 1 + purple bands Doubled! Really like these on D.E. So tried them on M.E. 👍👍 thanks to for the help not just in the gym!

    Squats. Last warm up set: 160kg for a double. Going for a PR 170kg x 2 next. Squats are feeling good lately. Note to self: Buy some shorts.

    Also rocked some of these fun roll up squat jumps- fast, sweaty and effective folks! On Tuesdays I have clients almost all day- so my intervals, tabatas and anything short and sweaty is necessary
