  3. Real Talk: My body pain has gotten to the point where I can’t get out of bed. My depression and anxiety compounds the pain further because I’m supposed to take the morning shift (8am-12noon) for sidewalk counseling. I’m afraid I’ll miss First Friday devotion as well.

    But damn do I feel so self conscious/embarrassed/like it’s finally set in that my body is failing me, at almost only 23 I cannot walk on my own. It would be awesome to have cool looking canes out there to help that shame a bit, because I hate feeling it.

    Woke up this note on my hand before passing out. That's not even my writing and I don't remember doing it. This is normal in that state. Was my last thought really 'I want a cuppa' and having no spoons to get one? 🍵 This is brain fog. This is life.
