    Send some love to CA we have 30 fires burning and my two favorite state parks, Armstrong Woods&Big Basin Reddeood State Parks, are in danger😭My county can’t seem to catch a break since 2017 with ash everywhere and smoke filling the air but we are Enjoy the redwoods

  4. The Schulz Museum will resume regular hours tomorrow, November 2. Celebrate our community and the Schulz Museum's reopening following the evacuations with FREE admission this weekend (Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3).

    Sunday we picked the last of the zinfandel from Crazy Run Ranch in Windsor. The fires have started again. Be safe everyone! •

  6. Thank you Miguel Ortiz (owner of Bay Area Bullies), he and others spotted a small fire yesterday (6/18/21) by River Road, and quickly took action, extinguishing flame while the fire dept was dispatched. Because of this, a potentially larger grass fire was avoided!

    These past few days have been beyond a nightmare. Our parents and sister are evacuated and safe. We want to thank all first responders at this time and pray for their safety because they are risking their lives to protect our homes and properties.

    And finally, a sad update. The Walbridge Fire has reached the Bullfrog Pond Campground north of Armstrong Redwoods. The trees there are hundreds of years old, and have seen their share of fires. So I’m confident they’ll show this what is all about.

    Despite the evacuation warning in downtown , every morning so far, we’ve woken up to this blue sky. Last night, stars and picturesque 🌙 . It feels oddly normal and unreal.
