    Hikaru’s VF-1s Strike Valkyrie from Episode 27 minute 14:10 to 14:12 re-edited.

    So in the original series made for tv this drawn shot lasted all but 2 seconds and we never really got to see the Valkyrie in it entirety even though it was used twice in the same episode. Using three screen shoots, I filled those areas on the top of the booster adding red color to the big booster then added the bottom of the gun pod & bottom front nose cone. I Then laid that over a new space and Star background. I am pretty sure the way this episode was produced was intended to make the case for DYRL.

    Incredible! The small "Dolphin" fighter designed by Studio NUE , creators of Macross , in 1976 already had Fast Pack Boosters. Even the shape is similar!
