    two hours and still no order from your Harlow east gate branch. Unhelpful staff and told to contact customer services when asked for refund.

    how is it acceptable to keep a customer on hold for over 15minutes to tell them they can’t deal with your enquiry as the ‘system’ is down.. contradicts your whole business... if you can’t even control your own systems...

    Absolutely shocked by lack of response to my issue last night. Delivery 1hr 45mins late, no contact to inform or delay. When delivery arrives a 3rd of it is missing & when I phone to get it sorted, I’m told it can’t be dealt with until the morning!!!

    Not surprised more shocked than anything that don’t reply 😡😡😡 Word of advice - you shouldn’t really have a Social Media account if all you want to do is post and NOT REPLY.

    Set up a new policy and put in the wrong start date. Customer service wanted me to cancel and pay deposit again. After holding for 30mins listening to god awful piano music I cancelled my policy which hasn’t even gone live yet and been charged £26

    Here we go again.... I'm on phone to to complain (again) about debit card not arriving - but because they haven't sent me new card in time - my old debit card isn't recognised on phone argh! Online banking not recognising card either! to customers

    Your customer service complaints team are diabolical, book a holiday with you and you tell me to contact the provider with issues, you are the provider!!!

    Fibre supposed to be brilliant. delivery by It is WORSE than we had with ADSL. The supplied router is small, no aerial. Unless we right next to router, reception is abysmal. Now what? Unacceptable!!!
