    Getting enough sleep is essential to our well being We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping & sleep deprivation does affect us mentally & physically Try: Eye mask Essential oil diffuser Sound machine Memory foam pillows Electric blanket Incense And turn off all tech!🙂

  11. There are so many people who feel guilty about making time for themselves when they have a million other priorities. Yet when we prioritise our own wellbeing it seems we become more productive, happier, and the value of all our interactions increases.

    Self care is not always easy, but it is absolutely necessary. Today that looked like going to a gym and pushing myself to actually engage my body again. I’m just waiting for the sore to happen 😅
