    Funders sending emails after 5.30pm on a Friday which require action is not OK. This is not what a positive looks like. Why not just wait until 9am Monday?! If you need to get it done then put a time delay on it, don't encourage weekend working.

    Inclusivity in field is not about researchers from big universities looking after/ collaborating with after each other.. its about helping those from less known universities so that they believe they can!!
