    Final update on my six-month *very* low carb experiment (30g carbs a day, NO sugar, NO refined grains, NO seed oils). Blood pressure down from 144/78 to 108/66. No longer taking 10mg Amlodipine BP meds. Body weight (139 lbs) the same as six months ago.

    I hope so. I said as much as I could, but didn't want to upset her by being too insistent. I gave her all the info I had on them - but people have been so brainwashed into thinking they're the only way, when stopping sugar, & eating is far more effective
