    The end of Typhoon Hagibis has not meant the end of record-breaking rainfall in Japan. Owase City, Mie Prefecture, has just experienced 124 millimeters of rain in just one hour. Such "rain bombs" are another symptom of climate change, and more of it is expected. (MP)
