    The rate of COVID-19 infections inside US prisons is more than 3x higher than the national average. Conditions inside US prisons have been ideal for incubating and transmitting COVID-19. We must never allow this to happen again.

    Imagine in today’s time, with so much focus on , actual prisons moving in the opposite direction. Removing schools & programs. Barring volunteers & religious services. How does that help rehabilitate & reform those striving for redemption?

    YUP! People are quick to point the finger that with so many jobs open people "don't want to work". They actually can't get hired.

    As ever - social progress is being driven by the markets. The public sector has let prisoners down on work opps/retraining for years. Could better understanding of prisons, prisoners & rehabilitation actually be one of the positives to come out of covid/Brexit?
