    We’re concerned about those in remaining locked up for 23 hours a day. But have you thought about the time between being let out e.g. someone being unlocked at 9:30-10:30am one day & the next day not being let out until 3:30pm. It’s reported to be happening, sadly.

    It’s so unfair that such a stigma is attached to people who’ve been in prison, knowing how it affects their chances of employment. How many staff do we learn about who’ve acted unprofessionally/illegally, ending up on the other side of the door? I saw many ‘swap sides’.

    Be in public interest for all staff transfers & promotions to be carefully investigated. Having witnessed some easily & suddenly happen but also noting questionable info on yumpu, I’d always felt concerned underhanded agreements were being made. My promotion is a story.
