    Yes. must also remember it is not a magic pot: in our 3 practice 30k pot it is approx 129k. Don’t get me wrong it’s great, if we stay in DES we will welcome extra staff - but for our demographics we will still need wider system to lean-in & support. Need teams of teams to succeed
