    I have also seen multiple brute-force attempts coming from IP ranges for years. Sending multiple abuse reports to has been a joke.

    No, but I read that Frantech hosts one of the largest botnets in the US. They own too. I think the Monero folks might know more about it, lol. 🤫

    Hardcoding IPs that are infected with malware & botnets for the initial peer discovery bootstrapping process for crypto sounds like a great storyline for a book... But what to call it? Maybe something about ponies?🤨

    However it's not limited to just VoIP related services/ports. I see incoming RDP connections from // on a daily basis as well.

    I would also recommend monitoring incoming network traffic on port 3389/tcp. Here's the incoming RDP connections I've seen in the last week.
