    my very first Full Vegan day today & im looking to try this for a while see where it takes me. Iv eaten pretty flexible & iv hit 85g Protein & just over 200g Carbs, 70g of Fat & a whopping 50g Fibre! as the days go on i will swap and change and tighten macros up

    We started to serve soya milk over 10 years ago and slowly added on more dairy-free options including coconut milk and recently organic oat milk - all for free! Please help us to encourage others to follow suit.
