    The biggest win after NPD abuse is not to forget past but realizing that you're capable of healthy loving relationship while the NPD will likely stay chasing new victims their whole life and never be happy. Value yourself, you are amazing. ❤️

    My dad has got worse with age. I think it’s when they run out of supply as they get older (the kids have left home and they’re no longer the catch they were etc). I thank my lucky stars I moved away - and stayed away - years ago ☀️❤️

    My dad did this. He elected to have a major spine op when he didn’t need it and wasn’t in pain (typical mid-life crisis). He verbally abused the surgeon beforehand, then tried to destroy his career afterwards because his back was “still not straight enough”.
