    As the seasons change and the weather gets worse remember that taking risks at our coast to get a 'perfect photo' doesn't just risk your own life, but those of the emergency services. Stay clear of piers, coastal defences and areas where waves are overtopping.

    Autumn has officially arrived in the UK. Much of the coastline is seeing the season at its spectacular worst. Please don't risk your life - or your potential rescuers - to have a look or take pictures.
