Universal interrogativism: despite masquerading as propositions, ethical sentences such as "Murder is wrong" are actually questions about whether the specified action is ever justified, and thus all answers are just further questions.

Moral judgements motivate. Beliefs have no motivational force. So moral judgements are not beliefs.
