    Pro tip: Bloomberg the Tyrant was NOT a Republican while in office in NYC. He was an Independent who stomped on 4th AND 2nd Amendments. It matters. He also had 3 terms to turn Animal "Care" & Control & failed miserably.

    An animal is a lifetime commitment. You can't trade them in like a car. Sending them to the shelter...is a death sentence to many animals....especially the shy and the scared. Please, please think before you act. There are other options.
