Couple of thoughts after
#netdevconf. (a) ECN is not supported in BBR (b) LRO makes no sense when other party is doing pacing (c) LRO doesn't work for UDP therefore QUIC (d) QUIC reduces the need for TFO and MPTCP (e) UDP is generally unoptimized / slow in kernel -
