    The state gerrymandering case I wrote about here ⬇️ last week just got kicked back to state court today. A blow to leaders, who had tried to permanently move it to federal court since they thought they'd have better luck with judges there.

    Also true in NC. A member once promised me he'd fight to have strongest virtual charter laws in country, then voted to weaken laws already written by lobbyists. Indiana online schools have success lobbying lawmakers despite dismal academics
