    This is why they kneel.

    Police TASED an 11 year old CHILD for being SUSPECTED of shoplifting $50 worth of FOOD. Then told the child: "You know, sweetheart, this is why there’s no grocery stores in the black community.” The officer has not been fired and faces no charges. This 👏is👏not👏ok!
