    Happy Saturday! Popped into the lab to check on my MinION and found out it had smashed my 16 Gb goal (rapid barcoding) and sequenced 20 Gb with N50 of 14 kb, with capacity to spare! As far as we know, the first 10 B. pertussis genomes from New Zealand ever sequenced :)
