    Will someone actually lead ?! I’ve walked through clouds of smoke several times today, problem is worse than I’ve seen in 20yrs & police keep getting called to remove people lingering on tracks. It’s not right!

    Thanks for your quick response. Too bad your maintenance of kiosks isn't as quick..This is a systemwide issue you need to fix and is partly responsible for the increase of fare evasion. I witness folks evading daily due to non-working payment kiosks. You're losing millions.

    Wait. It's been out of order for days. There's no excuse for any kiosk to be out of order for more than a few hours let alone days at a time. You want customers to pay fares but don't provide consistent working equipment for us to pay. This is a daily problem systemwide.

    Here are 2 more examples of kiosks not fully working. This is Bedford Park station. One kiosk only taking single ride tickets. The other the keypad not working to enter pin. The lack of maintenance is shocking. No wonder fare evasion is common - it's partly YOUR fault.

    a payment kiosk at 135th 2 and 3 line uptown side has been out of order for days. I saw someone jump fare in order to make the train because you don't maintain kiosks. You bitch about fare evasion but don't fix kiosks in a timely manner for folks to pay.

    I just don’t understand how the LOCAL trains always end up moving and the EXPRESS trains stay stuck in the middle letting every other train fucking pass. Whats the point of the damn express train???? YOU SUCK!!!!!!
