The gist is that you send an unmanned rocket (Saturn V derivative) straight to Mars, cheaper than going #MoonFirst only 190~ days travel, it sets up an automated factory to produce supplies and fuel for the return trip (Martian Atmosphere is methane and other rocket fuel ingreds)
