    Today, the 17 July 2014 launch site used by a Russian army BUK to down , is just another field. But, 21 July 2014 photos & sat images, indicate the hot backdraft from missile launch set the field on fire. Photos also showed wide tracked vehicle there.

    ECA & are highly concerned w/ the situation of heightened tensions in Eastern Europe. States & operators must consider the lessons and not hesitate to take appropriate measures, such as closing down their own airspace or banning the overflight of high-risk areas.

    No one is mentioning the great unresolved, uncompensated tragedy of the Russian-backed shootdown of Malaysian Flight over in July 2014. 298 innocent lives snuffed out due to Russian backed forces mistaking it for a military flight. No justice for those responsible
