    But I find myself wanting to get things I don't need, or even have time for. Like getting dvds from the library or thrift stores when I already have unwatched dvds. Actually, maybe that's the bigger issue. Maybe I'm chasing entertainment.

    For years, shopping was just about the only thing we did that was out of the house. Just about the only time I was around other people. So it makes sense on some levels that I gravitate there.

    Normalising the need to talk and share our vulnerabilities is an excellent start to building a resilient and understanding community. The key is to keep this conversation going for as long as needed.

    3)They are nothing so not only would them helping those on the streets which horrifyingly enough includes it would also help the of those people,by helping them feel truly human again. If they all donated 10% of their monetary wealth to it, issue fixed?

    I spent a month on a mental health ward 2 years ago. I was completely broken, even after I was discharged. Since then I have been put back together again, better and happier than I ever was before. I'd love to share my story, to give hope.

    Peter’s confidence was low. The support he received at a CAP Life Skills group was such a boost, he decided to do the course several times! Peter found a place where he felt valued. Hope is belonging.
