    Depression doesn't like exercise. No matter how awful I felt, if I did 20 plus minutes of cardio, I ALWAYS felt better after. It may not have been drastically better, but it was enough to keep me coming back. Much love.

    Do yourself a HUGE favor; once someone shows you who they are, if that person is not healthy for you, STOP waiting for them to 'turn into' who you WANT them to be..... it just won't happen. ACCEPT them for who they are, then adjust your life accordingly.
