    As a person of Indian heritage with strong ties to my culture, I find the ignorance of Tessa's dish having "too much flavour" dismal. Indian cuisine is just that: spicy & rich. "Flavour bomb" closely sums it up, it's never subtle & need not balance. Bad form, judges

    Masterchef: make a simple plate of hot chips. You have 20 mins. Poh: I will plant and harvest my own potatoes and incorporate them into a 7 course menu which I plan to serve on plates I will craft from the peelings. 20 minutes should be fine.
