    Did you know the has a brand new city centre route? The second biggest marathon in the UK is a must to tick off for any keen runner. Entry closes tomorrow, so be quick. Visit 🥇 !

    It is 2nd Feb and I'm running a marathon on 5th April... I've run twice in 4 weeks. This 9 week marathon training plan will be interesting

    9 weeks to go until and I've got my placing plan made. Wanting to pace by km, but not sure if the course is marked in km or just miles? Also does anyone in know where the water stations have been (says there's 11 this year, but not location)

    1,800ft of climbing over 30 miles on the bike this morning with the wind too, glad to finish a training session without having cramp or needing a doctor!

    Been a bit quiet this week due to work, family & running. But I’m pleased to say, this is the furthest monthly distance ran, with only one missed run, I think I’ve done ok. Keep moving & keep raising awareness. See bio 4 pg
