    Yesterday, my motion called on the gov’t to invest in housing 4 shelterless individuals. It passed unanimously. Now I am calling on them to ACT! Immediate investment is needed in to uphold this right. Diseases of poverty shouldn’t happen. We need help NOW!

    Today marks the 5th year Anniversary since the first plane of Syrian Refugees touched down in Canada. We have welcomed over 73,000 Syrian refugees since 2015, something this entire country is proud of.
