  5. Today was the day where I was going to squat 405 for 3 reps today, and it didn't happen. I don't want to give myself 3 excuses to justify it. I did a pause rep instead. I swear I was down there longer... 😆

  18. Craaaap.. I did leg day 2 days in a row with endurance group classes & zumba.. gona need to work on uppers for Friday. I will be hurting 😣
