    Not eczema, but since following my Dr's advice of going (on Jan 13), my persistent dry facial skin has completely cleared up and I haven't have to lotion myself 3-4 times per day despite the heater being on all day. No idea if it's related but I'm digging it.

    With 2 weeks of and a patient of mine has near normal post-prandial glucose. Just cut medications. So effective, so proud of him!

    Most people are not overweight, sick and lazy. They are overweight, sick and misinformed about healthy eating. Sometimes they are overweight, sick and outright lied to by people who stand to profit by pushing a high carb/low fat diet.

    8 years ago tonight I took my last shot of insulin. Reversed/managed type 2 diabetes with activity and before it was accepted or encouraged. Today CEO Tracey Brown acknowledged she uses low carb to control the disease. YES. Finally.
