    Following for the scoop on the happening right now. March organizers did not ask Rahm or the police for permission, and demand investment & resources on the south side.

    Police have shut down traffic for both lanes CPD created a human barricade to prevent protestors from marching I don't know how long protestors will hold space.

    OR you could do your job and arrest people for blocking traffic - which is illegal. Of course your weak mayor certainly wouldn’t allow that. My dad was a Chicago cop for 40 years. CPD used to enforce the law.
