    Peanuts proving the most popular food on offer in our garden today, with Blue, Great and Coal Tits all availing, as well as a pair of Greenfinches. Mixed seed feeders also doing well, with the resulting spillage being hoovered by a Collared Dove!

    40+ Siskin on the nyger, sunflower seeds and peanuts this morning. I had one here the other day, and none during the - I've never had a garden invasion like it. Nice start to a Monday - fantastic little finches!

  14. Three redwings in my garden just now, and we had 'our' sparrowhawk yesterday. 18 species so far this week for Also blackcaps, linnets, 2 lady chaffinches and the other usual suspects.

    Feeders put out last week. Goldfinches, chaffinches, robin, dunnocks, blue and coal tits and a very fat wood pigeon already in evidence.

    A great start to the here at with 26 species recorded this week between myself and including Goldcrest, Long-tailed Tit, Blackcap (pictured), Bullfinch, Linnet, Sparrowhawk and Herring Gull.
