    Very relevant as we develop through a bottom-up approach. A convenor works with emergence, allows innovation and enables spread across the system

    A4: I think that people in quality improvment need core skills at whatever level but those higher in the system need to have the skills to convene: creating the spaces/conditions where people across the system can collaborate and flourish as improvers

    A2: Here are a few core improvement skills that i think about: * developing relational relationships * Engaging rather than broadcasting * Learning to speak each other's language * Understanding the interdependencies for success

    A2: core skills needed to improve include the ability for us to clearly measure what works and what doesn't and react/change to what we find. Lots of curiosity and willingness to share and borrow from what's worked elsewhere
